Dear brother,
          Receive my love. I and other family members of our family are also fine. How are you? I hope you are also fine. I have received your last letter. I have learnt that you do not wake up early in the morning. It is not good. We should walk in the morning.
          Morning walk is a good habit. It makes us early risers. Morning air is fresh, cool and pleasant. It can keep a man fit and fresh all day. Morning walk is the best form of exercise. It can be carried out without instruments, instructions, or institution. It is suitable for all people. The walkers also come in contact with the beauties of nature - morning dews, sun rise, fresh flowers, flavours etc. The first rays of the sun are good for health. So we must have the habit of walking in the morning. Morning walk a day keeps the doctors away. 
           No more today, you receive my love. I will wait for your next letter.
